Commercial New Construction

The construction of this franchise restaurant required a close working relationship with the architects, subcontractors, and vendors to make sure that the stringent guidelines that were set forth by the corporate office and state and local officials were met.

Commercial Remodeling

The building was originally erected in the mid 1800's as a hotel and local watering hole to service the railroad. Over the years, ownership exchanged hands several times with each subsequent owner making changes to both interior and exterior. The goal was to return the exterior to the original historic facade, and to update the interior to make it accessible, and functional for mixed-use space.
The renovation of this former barber shop and residence required removing a majority of the existing interior to facilitate two fully functional bars both upstairs and down, as well as a full commercial kitchen, ADA compliant restrooms, and a dining room area.
